ADAM Systems geospatial solutions are fourth generation technology for monitoring the earth.
Driven by the most demanding requirements to securely and quickly process and distribute
large, complex digital imagery shipped to earth from surveillance satellites, our team developed
the technologies that would ensure all information about the imagery, its handling and derived
products was retained. Our geospatial solutions go beyond incorporating software and hardware
for automated asset processing, management, retrieval and preservation. They provide optional
integrated software solutions for imagery analysis and a specialized "joystick" for smooth
imagery manipulation.

Customer Application
In May 2001 it was announced that such a geospatial system was capturing live satellite
imagery at a rate of up to terabytes a day, eventually storing millions of images for easy
and rapid retrieval. The system automatically preserves the data integrity of thousands of
terabytes of satellite images over time. For this particular installation the data ingest
and archive functions are integrated with imagery analysis software on dozens of workstations.
Imagery analysts can call up a variety of applications from the same interface used to search
and retrieve imagery. As new software programs to manipulate data become available, they
can be readily added to the suite of applications.
